My son hated the texture of the replacement.
The plastic material really bothers his skin. Makes it super sweaty. And does not absorb any sweat while he is playing.

Loose fit
This replacement doesn’t snap into the headset properly so it’s loose and hangs on by 1 snap connected on the nose area

Very Comfortable Facial Interface for the Quest 2
I ordered it for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it. He says it’s a true game-changer when it comes to comfort in VR.The leather cushion makes wearing the headset a breeze; having long sessions of play is not irritating anymore. A great plus that this facial interface offers is that, since you’re closer to the screen, you have a better field of view, which is a bonus when you play games. The addition of ventilation holes in the interface reduce the feeling of heat when wearing the headset for a long period of time. It’s important to note that the material makes it very easy to clean, allowing you to share your headset with others.

Buen marco, mala almohadilla.
La base está muy bien, y se nota que ventila mejor. La almohadilla no tiene el mismo grosor a los lados, y la luz se cuela por ahí. Depende mucho de la forma de la cara, pero la mía es bastante ancha en las sienes, y aún así se cuela la luz.

Overall decent product but the customer service is ummmm…
My son needed a replacement face pad for his oculus, and after searching through the many options we found this one, he liked the look of it and it was in his price range so we made the purchase. We received it a couple days after ordering. Before he even had a chance to open the box and check the product out we received an email from the company thanking us for buying their product, asking how we like the product, pros, cons, anything they could do better, what could be changed overall the users (my sons) thoughts and opinions. Even going as far as offering free product samples if we were interested. So after receiving the email and my son tried out the face pad, we replied back telling them that my son really liked the product, easy to install, comfortable, breathable with those vents but they could make the nose pads a little smaller because they pushed up and got in his view while playing. We told them that we would love to try out free samples of their products and that we would definitely recommend their company to friends looking for replacement parts for their oculuses. I was impressed with this small businesses customer service outreach and product. They replied back more or less acting like we were seeking free products from them, they said “we don’t offer product testing or free samples” “you can buy this from us if you want to try out some of our other products” I replied back stating we would of never asked for anything for free but since my son enjoyed their product and they offered it to us if we were interested that yeah of course we would like to product sample. Now this whole convo went from instant replies from the company to being completely ghosted after my last email. I don’t know….it just got weird….just ask me to leave a positive review for your growing small business, instead of sending out an essay and making false promises in hopes of getting positive feedback. This would of been a 5 star product review if they hadn’t made it super weird and awkward.

SO i have had it for a few days now and it does seem to allow are through but i wear glasses in vr and i have have a problem the it keep coming off when i take my quest off but i will say it feels alot better on my face then the what comes with the quest but because it seem to come off all the time is the reason for the score .

Sharp edges, and doesn’t even fit its own accessories.
The edges dig into my face, it doesn’t fit the silicone guard, and even the eye covers that come with it don’t fit.

It won’t fit on your existing headset.
I don’t like the fact that you can’t fit it onto your existing headset also. The nose pieces will not come off and you can’t fit it on your existing headset. Also, the lens. protector cover is poor and cheaply made. It’s it’s not even rubber and also it fogs up..

Not bad, but not life changing
Comfort is one of the biggest limiting factors to VR, and heat is one of the worst parts of that. Especially when you’re playing more active games. Adding this doesn’t suddenly make your face feel like it’s getting a bunch of extra air or does anything resembling “cooling,” but it does let the hot air escape which definitely helps.If you hate having a hot face, it’s not going to stop that from happening, but for me at least, it kept me from having a little pool of sweat when I took the device off. So it was worth the moderate price.
